Refund and cancellation policy

AI Autofunnel is an online software service. Plans are paid in advance, for one month or one year.

Cancellation: you can stop at any time by not renewing your plan. Plans do not renew by themselves, so nothing more is charged after the period you paid for. Your account stays usable until the end of that period.

Refunds: amounts already paid are not refunded, also not for a period that is only partly used, because your account is ready to use the moment the payment is received. A paid trial fee is not refunded either.

Mistaken or double payments: if you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, write to us within 7 days of the payment with the payment details. After checking, the extra amount is returned to the same payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Free trials cost nothing and end by themselves. No payment is taken unless you choose to buy a plan.

WhatsApp message charges are set and billed by Meta directly to your own Meta account. They are not part of our plans, so we can't refund them.
